Mobile homes are not sold with gas certification due to issues that can arise during transport. Gas appliances will be checked prior to delivery but all mobile homes must be certified after siting by an RGI gas installer for the warranty to be valid. This is a service that we can provide at an additional cost.

All warranty issues must be reported to info@wallacemobilehomes.com within the relevant warranty period.

NOTE:

New Mobiles
For new mobile units, we conduct a comprehensive pre-delivery inspection to identify and address any defects before delivery. Please note that after transportation, some adjustments may be necessary once the mobile unit has settled at its final destination. Therefore, it is advisable for customers to conduct their own inspection after the unit has been delivered to their site.

Second-Hand Mobiles
When purchasing a second-hand mobile unit, customers are encouraged to specify their terms and conditions during the negotiation process. This may include requests such as new carpets, mattresses, or the replacement of functional appliances like the fridge-freezer. All such requirements should be discussed and agreed upon before the deposit is made.
