Yes! We deliver and set up mobile homes nationwide. Delivery typically includes transporting your home, blocking and leveling. If you’re outside our main service area, give us a call — we’ll let you know what’s possible and any extra costs involved.
At present, we do not offer finance on mobile homes, but we are actively working on making financing options available in the near future.
We work closely with a number of mobile home holiday parks in the south east and can point you toward parks that fit your budget, lifestyle, and location preferences. Every park has its own rules, site costs, and approval process, and we’ll help guide you through it. If you already have a park in mind, let us know — chances are we already have a relationship with them.
Absolutely! Many of our buyers choose private land. You’ll want to check with your local council to make sure a mobile home is allowed on your property. Before delivery, we’ll complete a site viewing to assess the access points, including gate entrances, narrow roads, and turning space, to make sure the home can be safely delivered.
Once that’s confirmed, you’ll need to have your groundworks ready. This includes preparing a solid base for the mobile home and ensuring utilities are in place: sewage, plumbing, water, and power connections. If you’re unsure what’s required, we’ll explain everything step by step so you know exactly what to arrange before your home arrives.
All of our new mobile homes are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, and in most cases their own engineers will carry out any repairs. From time to time, the manufacturer may send us parts to complete the repair on their behalf.
For second-hand mobiles, the warranty is covered directly by us, giving you the same peace of mind.
If a repair is needed outside of the warranty period, we can still take care of it for you — those repairs would simply be chargeable. Either way, you’ll have a team you can rely on long after the keys are handed over.
This means you can move in with confidence, knowing support is built in from day one.
