Furnished with a freestanding three-seater sofa bed, a two-seater sofa, and a coffee table accompanied by two plush upholstered square stools, this space offers comfort and an abundant of space for the entire family. Moving into the kitchen, the country theme continues, featuring shaker style cupboards in Matt Dakar with brass cup drawer handles, Nebraska Oak laminate worktops and stylish Tournai Stone effect vinyl flooring. The kitchen is also furnished with quality appliances, including a four-burner gas hob, Thetford Cocina glass-fronted oven and grill, and an integrated microwave oven and fridge freezer. There’s also a sophisticated freestanding dining table with four chairs perfect for entertaining guests. Provence’s bedrooms are fitted with Aurora Duvalay™ mattresses, crafted from Crib 5 rated fabric, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. For additional storage solutions, bedside shelf units plus over-bed storage are included in all bedroom. The main bedroom further boasts a spacious double wardrobe, a double bed with lift up storage and a stylish vanity area complete with mirror and socket. The family bathroom features a generously sized shower cubicle and a shaver socket as standard, while the ensuite is equipped with a toilet and wash basin. Both bathrooms are kitted out with stylish Tournai Stone effect vinyl flooring, tasteful dust grey splashbacks, mirrored vanity cabinets and LED vanity spotlights. Subject to the conditions, terms and exclusions set out in this section of the handbook, Swift will repair (or, at its option, replace) any defective parts of your Home that comes to light during the SuperSure Warranty Period. This applies to all parts and fittings of your Home (other than the structural exterior). The SuperSure Warranty Period means 36 months from the date an approved Swift Group Dealer, or Park Operator [transfers/hands over] the Home to its first owner.
Subject to the conditions, terms and exclusions set out in this section of the handbook, Swift will repair (or, at its option, replace) any defects with the structural integrity of the Home, that come to light during the Structural Warranty Period. The Structural Warranty covers any defect with the seams of the Home. This includes water ingress through any permanently sealed seam joints. The Structural Warranty Period means 60 months from the date an approved Swift Group Dealer, or Park Operator [transfers/hands over] the Home to its first owner
Subject to the conditions, terms and exclusions set out in this section of the handbook, Swift will repair (or, at its option, replace) any defects with the chassis that come to light during the Chassis Warranty Period but only for as long as the Home belongs to its first owner. The Chassis Warranty Period means 10 years from the date an approved Swift Group Dealer, or Park Operator [transfers/hands over] the Home to its first owner.
